Glutathione is a string of three amino acids made by all the cells in our body. The important form is called “reduced glutahione” (or GSH).When it comes to detoxifying the body, GSH is superb. It’s used by the body to protect us from just about every toxic element - including pollution, poisons, drugs, chemicals, food additives and heavy metals.
